Title: Extreme Programming: Thriving Amongst Constant Change

Abstract: What would happen if we took best practices to their extreme? For example, if code reviews are good, then let's continuously review the code as it is developed via Pair Programming? That's the premise behind Extreme Programming (XP), an Agile methodology that also prescribes engineering practices such as Test Driven Development (TDD), Automated Testing, Simple Design, Refactoring, Continuous Integration, and more. In this presentation,we will cover some brief history before jumping into XP concepts in depth, along with examples.
